You cannot compare a price you are not allowed to see.
vFairs publishes no pricing at all - every route ends at a guided demo, and there is no free plan to try first. Presso publishes a flat 1% of ticket sales, and you pay nothing until a paid ticket sells.
Presso vs vFairs, in one table.
The short answer: vFairs sells an annual licence with no published price and no free plan; Presso is a flat 1% of ticket sales with no licence and no contract. Presso is a UK event platform that charges a flat 1% ticketing fee and includes a no-download browser event app.

All vFairs details taken from vfairs.com/pricing, seen 07/08/2026. No figure is quoted for vFairs because vFairs does not publish one - that is the finding, not a gap in our research.
There is no number to put here.
We looked. vFairs' pricing page has feature lists, tiers and testimonials, and not a single figure - every button is "Get Pricing" or "Book a Demo". Their own FAQ talks about paying for "your vFairs annual license", so the shape is an annual commitment, but the size of it arrives at the end of a sales process rather than the start of your research.
Presso's platform fee is a flat 1% of ticket sales, VAT included - not 1% plus VAT. No licence, no minimum, nothing to pay until a paid ticket sells. If you are VAT registered you reclaim the VAT anyway, so your real cost is 0.833%. It is all on the pricing page, where you can read it without giving anyone your email address.
No free plan means no way to find out.
vFairs answer this plainly in their own FAQ: "No, vFairs does not offer a free plan." The route in is a demo call. For a first conference, or a team evaluating three platforms at once, that is three sales processes before anybody has clicked anything.
With Presso you publish the event, send the link and see it working. The 1% only applies once a paid ticket sells, and free tickets never cost anything - so a free community event runs on Presso for nothing, forever.

Publish an event today. A flat 1% when a paid ticket sells, and nothing at all on free tickets.
Growing costs extra, and so does access.
vFairs list their paid add-ons as "additional sessions, extra booths, accessibility features, more attendees, managed services". Two of those are worth pausing on. More attendees is an upsell, so a successful event costs more than a quiet one before you have sold a thing. And accessibility features are an add-on rather than a default.
Presso has no attendee caps to top up. The fee is 1% of what you sell, so it moves with your revenue rather than your headcount, and a sold-out event never triggers a licence conversation. The only second number is Presso Pro at £49 a month or £490 a year, and it is an add-on rather than a tier.
Your attendees skip the app store.
vFairs ship native attendee apps through the App Store and Google Play, and the white-labelled version is part of the paid package. Every install is a step where attendees drop off, and every rebrand is a line item. Presso Events is a Progressive Event App - the agenda, updates and your branding open in the browser in one tap, with nothing to download and no app-store review to wait on.
Own the audience, not a login to it.
Your attendee data on vFairs lives inside an annual licence, and the managed services that move it around are quoted separately. With Presso the data is yours to export or sync to any tool at any time, at no extra charge, ticket money runs through your own Stripe account, and there is no contract to leave.
When vFairs is the better choice.
vFairs is a genuinely deeper platform than Presso in several places, and for some events those places are the whole event. Their virtual and hybrid offering - HD live streaming, interactive virtual booths, networking lounges - has no Presso equivalent. Neither does exhibitor booth management, call-for-papers and abstract review, badge printing, or 20+ language support with automatic translation. Every plan comes with a dedicated project manager, which is worth real money if you would otherwise be running a large event alone.
They also publish WCAG 2.1 AA compliance alongside SOC 2 Type II and GDPR. If accessibility compliance is a procurement requirement you have to evidence, that matters and we will not talk you out of it.
Presso is for the organiser running in-person B2B events - conferences, summits, networking - who wants a published fee tied to what they actually sell, an app with no download, and to get started this afternoon rather than after a demo. If you need a virtual expo hall, buy vFairs.
vFairs vs Presso, answered.
How much does vFairs cost?
vFairs does not publish a price. Its pricing page carries no figures at all - every route is "Get Pricing", "Book a Demo" or a guided demo request, and its own FAQ refers to paying for "your vFairs annual license" (vfairs.com/pricing, seen 07/08/2026). Additional sessions, extra booths, more attendees, accessibility features and managed services are all sold as add-ons on top. Presso publishes a flat 1% of ticket sales, VAT included, with no minimum.
Does vFairs have a free plan?
No. Their pricing FAQ answers this directly: "No, vFairs does not offer a free plan" (seen 07/08/2026). Presso is free until your first paid ticket sells, and free tickets stay free - so you can publish an event and see it working before anything is charged.
Is there a vFairs alternative with published pricing?
Presso. A flat 1% of ticket sales, VAT included, no minimum and no annual licence - the number is on the pricing page rather than at the end of a demo. You can work out what an event costs you before you speak to anybody.
Does vFairs charge more as attendee numbers grow?
Their pricing FAQ lists "more attendees" among the paid add-ons, so attendee headroom is something you buy (seen 07/08/2026). Presso's flat 1% is charged on ticket sales rather than headcount, so there is no attendee cap to top up and free tickets never cost you anything.
Do vFairs attendees need to download an app?
vFairs ships native attendee apps through the Apple App Store and Google Play, published by vFairs LLC, and its white-labelled branded app is part of the paid package (seen 07/08/2026). Presso Events is a Progressive Event App: attendees open it in the browser in one tap with nothing to install.
