At Presso Network, we understand that as conference organisers, event planners, and attendees, you want your conferences, events, and summits to run smoothly, safely, and effectively. Our mission is to provide a seamless and reliable platform to help you achieve that — and we’re excited to have you here!

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) outline the rules and guidelines for using our websites, applications, and services. Please read them carefully, as they contain important information about your legal rights, remedies, and obligations when using Presso Network.

By accessing or using any of Presso Network’s services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms, as applicable to you.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Section 9 of these Terms contains a binding arbitration provision and class action waiver that may affect your legal rights. Please read Section 9 carefully.


1. Accepting These Terms

Presso Network’s products, features, and services are available through:

  • Online platforms such as pressonetwork.com and presso.events (“Sites”);
  • Off-platform services including RFID solutions, entry management, sponsorship, marketing, and distribution services;
  • Mobile applications and tools including mobile apps, webpages, APIs, subdomains, and subdirectories (“Applications”).

Together, these form the Presso Network Properties or our Services.

These Terms apply to all Presso Network Properties where posted. If specific terms are posted elsewhere, they will apply in the event of any conflict with these Terms. All content provided by Presso Network, including text, images, graphics, videos, and other materials, is referred to as Site Content or Content. Any material you contribute, upload, or share through our Services is referred to as Your Content.

1.2 Who’s Who

  • Organisers – Conference, event, and summit creators using our Services to create, manage, and promote events.
  • Consumers – Individuals using our Services to browse, register for, or attend events.
  • Users – All individuals using our Services, including Organisers, Consumers, and third parties, collectively referred to as Users, you, or your.

When these Terms mention Presso Network, we, us, or our, they refer to Presso Network Ltd., its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, agents, partners, and employees.

For payment processing within Europe, the contracting entity is:

  • Presso Network Ltd. – A UK limited liability company, registered at: "C/O The Accountancy Partnership Suite 5, 5th Floor, City Reach 5 Greenwich View Place London E14 9NN United Kingdom".

1.3 What These Terms Mean

These Terms, along with any referenced documents, form a legally binding agreement between you and Presso Network. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to comply with these Terms.

If you are using our Services on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms, and “you” will refer to both the organisation and yourself.


2. Presso Network’s Services and Role

2.1 What We Do

Presso Network offers a comprehensive platform designed to help event organisers create, manage, and promote successful events. Our Services include:

  • Event Page Management – Build and customise event pages, speaker profiles, and organiser profiles to showcase your events professionally.
  • Event Promotion – Promote your events to a wider audience through our platform and integrated online marketing tools.
  • Ticketing and Registration – Manage online and onsite ticket sales, attendee registrations, and check-ins efficiently.
  • Donations and Merchandise Sales – Accept donations and sell event-related merchandise or accommodation directly through the platform.

Our Services support organisers throughout the entire event lifecycle, from planning to post-event analysis. Details on our offerings can be found on each Presso Network Property.

2.2 How We Fit In

Presso Network acts as a facilitator, providing technology and infrastructure for event organisers. However, we are not the creator, organiser, or owner of any events listed on our Services. Organisers are solely responsible for:

  • Legal Compliance – Ensuring their event pages and activities comply with local, national, and international laws.
  • Event Delivery – Fulfilling all event details as promised, including ticket fulfillment and attendee support.
  • Payment Processing – Selecting and managing payment methods for events.

Presso Network provides the platform, but organisers bear full responsibility for the execution and legality of their events. We encourage organisers to review our guidelines to meet all legal and operational requirements.

Note: While Presso Network provides support, we do not guarantee the accuracy, legality, or quality of events listed. Consumers should contact organisers directly for any event-specific queries.


3. Privacy and Consumer Information

3.1 Our Commitment to Your Privacy

We value your privacy and handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We comply with all relevant data protection laws, including the UK GDPR, ensuring your data is processed lawfully, transparently, and securely.

We collect only the data necessary to provide our Services and never sell your personal data to third parties.

3.2 Organiser Responsibilities

If you are an Organiser, you agree to:

  • Comply with data protection laws such as the UK GDPR and EU GDPR.
  • Ensure lawful data collection – Obtain proper consent and use the data only for legitimate purposes.
  • Provide clear privacy notices – Inform Consumers of data collection practices and their rights.
  • Implement adequate security measures – Protect consumer data from misuse or breaches.
  • Adhere to Presso Network’s data protection guidelines – Follow our platform’s privacy policies.

Failure to meet these obligations may result in account suspension or legal consequences.


4. Term and Termination

4.1 Duration of Terms

These Terms apply from the moment you use our Services and remain in effect until terminated by either party.

4.2 Termination by Presso Network

Presso Network may terminate your access if:

  • You breach these Terms.
  • You misuse the Services.
  • You violate applicable laws or expose Presso Network to legal liability.

Presso Network may discontinue or modify any part of the Services at any time, with reasonable notice.

4.3 Termination by You

You can terminate your access by deleting your account. If you’re not registered, these Terms remain in effect while you access the Services.


5. Export Controls and Restricted Countries

Presso Network complies with international export controls and sanctions laws. By using our Services, you confirm you are not located in, nor affiliated with, any restricted countries (e.g., Belarus, Cuba, Russia).


6. Release and Indemnification

You agree to release Presso Network from all liabilities arising from disputes between you and third parties, including claims related to your use of the Services or events listed.

You agree to indemnify Presso Network against claims arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Services, or legal violations.


7. Disclaimer of Warranties and Assumption of Risks by You

Presso Network provides Services “as is” and makes no guarantees regarding their availability, accuracy, or reliability. You assume all risks associated with using our platform.


8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you’ve paid for Services in the three months prior to the event giving rise to your claim.


9. Binding Arbitration and Class Action Waiver

By using Presso Network, you agree to resolve disputes through binding arbitration. Class actions and consolidated claims are prohibited.


10. Licence to Use Presso Network Services

Presso Network grants you a limited, non-exclusive licence to use our Services for managing and attending events, with certain restrictions.


11. Licences and Permits Organisers Must Obtain

Organisers must ensure all necessary licences and permits are obtained before hosting events, including local authority and health certifications.


If you believe your copyright has been infringed on our platform, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice.


13. Scraping or Commercial Use of Site Content is Prohibited

You are prohibited from scraping or commercialising our Site Content without prior written consent.


14. Fees and Refunds

Fees for events vary. Refund requests should be directed to organisers; Presso Network is not responsible for refunds.


15. Your Account with Presso Network

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and ensuring all activity under your account complies with these Terms.


16. Our Community Guidelines

You agree to comply with our Community Guidelines.
