Credit to Bizzabo for publishing a price. It just starts at USD 17,999.
Bizzabo charges USD 499 per user per month on a three-user minimum, billed annually, before a long list of add-ons. Presso charges a flat 1% of ticket sales - no seats, no minimum, no annual contract.

A seat licence, not an event fee.
Bizzabo prices per user: USD 499 per user per month, billed annually, with a three-user minimum - so the entry point is USD 17,999 a year whether you run one conference or twenty. That is a cost you carry before you have sold a ticket, and it scales with the size of your team rather than the size of your event.
Presso's platform fee is a flat 1% of ticket sales, VAT included - not 1% plus VAT. Nothing to pay until a paid ticket sells, no seats to buy, and the same 1% whether or not Presso Events is switched on. If you are VAT registered you reclaim the VAT anyway, so your real cost is 0.833%. The full breakdown is on the pricing page.
USD 17,999 is the floor, not the price.
Bizzabo's own pricing page lists these as premium add-ons rather than core: networking and smart matchmaking, a custom-branded app, API access, organizer SSO, attendee SSO, private-label branding, martech and CRM integrations, the sponsor portal, the speaker portal, Virtual Event Experience, Advanced Onsite and a dedicated corporate IP address. Klik SmartBadge wearables are quote-only, and professional-services pricing is described as variable.
None of that is hidden - Bizzabo says it plainly, which is more than most of this tier does. It does mean the published floor is a starting line, and the number you actually sign is a quote. With Presso the only second number is Presso Pro at £49 a month or £490 a year, and it is an add-on rather than a tier.
Your attendees skip the app store.
Bizzabo ships a native attendee app through the App Store and Google Play, and a custom-branded version of it is a paid add-on. Every install is a step where attendees drop off, and every rebrand is a line item. Presso Events is a Progressive Event App - the agenda, updates and your branding open in the browser in one tap, with nothing to download and no app-store review to wait on.
Own the audience, not a login to it.
Your attendee data on Bizzabo lives inside an annual subscription, and the connectors that move it - martech and CRM integrations, API access - are priced as add-ons on top of it. With Presso the data is yours to export or sync to any tool at any time, at no extra charge, ticket money runs through your own Stripe account, and there is no contract to leave.
When Bizzabo is the better choice.
For a large branded flagship conference, Bizzabo is a stronger product than Presso and we are not going to pretend otherwise. Klik SmartBadge wearables have no Presso equivalent at all. Neither does deep smart matchmaking, a sponsor and speaker portal at that scale, or white-glove onsite production with a dedicated event success specialist. Bizzabo also carries SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, CCPA and ADA compliance, which matters when procurement is the gate you have to clear.
If your event portfolio justifies a five-figure annual platform and you want that depth, buy it. Presso is for the organiser whose event does not justify USD 17,999 a year before add-ons - who wants a published fee tied to what they actually sell, an app with no download, and setup in a sentence rather than a sales process.
Bizzabo vs Presso, answered.
How much does Bizzabo cost?
Bizzabo publishes its price: USD 499 per user per month, billed annually with a three-user minimum, which it states as "Starting at $17,999" per year (bizzabo.com/pricing, seen 07/08/2026). Networking, a custom-branded app, API access, SSO, private-label branding and CRM integrations sit outside that figure as premium add-ons, and Klik SmartBadge wearables and professional services are quote-only. Presso charges a flat 1% of ticket sales, VAT included, with no seats and no minimum.
Does Bizzabo have a minimum contract?
Yes. Bizzabo's pricing FAQ states that "we require an annual subscription to use Bizzabo" and does not sell single-event access (seen 07/08/2026). The three-user minimum is what produces the USD 17,999 annual floor. Presso has no contract, no seat count and no subscription for ticketing - you can run a single event and stop.
Is there a Bizzabo alternative without a seat minimum?
Presso. The platform fee is a flat 1% of ticket sales with no per-user pricing, no seat minimum and no annual commitment, so a two-person team running one conference a year pays 1% of what it sells rather than a three-seat annual licence.
What is not included in Bizzabo's USD 17,999?
Bizzabo's own pricing page lists these as premium add-ons rather than core: Virtual Event Experience, Bizzabo Advanced Onsite, martech and CRM integrations, sponsor portal, speaker portal, networking and smart matchmaking, custom-branded app, API access, dedicated corporate IP address, organizer SSO, attendee SSO and private-label branding. Klik SmartBadge and professional services are separately quoted (seen 07/08/2026).
Do Bizzabo attendees have to download an app?
Bizzabo ships a native attendee app through the Apple App Store and Google Play, published by Bizzabo Ltd. (seen 07/08/2026), and its custom-branded app is a paid add-on. Presso Events is a Progressive Event App: attendees open it in the browser in one tap with nothing to install.
