This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) outlines how Presso Network Limited (“Presso Network,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, processes, uses, transfers, and discloses both personal and non-personal data in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 (“Act”) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”).   • Children’s Data – We do not collect any data from individuals under 13 years of age. Our Websites, Apps, and Services are intended for users aged 13 and above.

Methods Used for Data Collection

Presso Network Limited collects data through direct, observed, and indirect methods, including:

  • Personal Information (Direct) – Collected directly from app users, newsletter subscribers, prospective and current clients, suppliers, and employees through our websites, applications, email exchanges, messaging platforms, social media interactions, and face-to-face communications.

  • Non-Personal Browsing and Site Usage Data (Indirect) – Collected automatically through online interactions with our websites and applications.

Use of Cookies

At Presso Network Limited, we do not install cookies in your browser, nor do we use cookies on any part of our websites or services.

We utilise Fathom Analytics, a GDPR-compliant analytics provider that stores data in Europe and provides only anonymised website traffic insights. This ensures:

  • No Personal Tracking – We have no way of identifying you when you visit our sites.
  • No Cross-Site Tracking – We cannot, and will not, track your activity across other websites or serve you ads.
  • No Personal Identifiers – We do not collect any information that identifies you, your pets, or your location.
  • No Data Storage – We do not store any personal data, meaning we have no information to sell — not that we would, even if we could.

Data Retention Period

The retention period for data collected by Presso Network Limited is determined by the lawful basis for processing:

  • Website Visitors – No cookies are retained or stored. Non-personal browsing and site usage data are retained for at least 4 years to meet our legitimate interests.
  • App Users – Personal data and communication preferences are retained until consent is revoked. Transient data is retained only until the requested service is completed.
  • Newsletter Subscribers – Personal data and communication preferences are retained until consent is revoked. You can revoke consent at any time by unsubscribing from our emails.
  • Clients/Suppliers – Personal data is retained for 6 years from the date the last active contract ceased, in compliance with legal obligations.
  • Employees – Personal data is retained for 6 years from the date the employment contract ended, in compliance with legal obligations.

Presso Network Limited generally does not disclose personal information to third parties. However, personal information may be shared in the following instances:
