1. General Earnings Disclaimer
Presso Network Ltd. ("Presso Network," "we," "us," or "our") provides a platform for event organisers to sell tickets, manage attendees, and enhance event experiences. While we facilitate seamless transactions and event management, we do not guarantee specific earnings, ticket sales, or financial results. Revenue generated through our platform depends on factors such as event demand, marketing strategy, pricing, and external economic conditions.
2. Ticket Sales & Payment Processing Fees
- Stripe Connect Required: All organisers selling tickets on Presso Network must use Stripe Connect for payment processing. You can either link an existing Stripe account or set up a new Stripe account through our platform.
- Payout Timelines: Ticket sales revenue is transferred as fast as possible, but actual payout times depend on Stripe’s processing policies and your country’s banking regulations.
- Payment Processing Fees: We charge a 4.49% processing fee per ticket sale, covering secure transactions, fraud prevention, and reliable payment handling via Stripe. Stripe may impose additional fees depending on location and currency conversion, which are beyond our control.
3. Credit System & Attendee Usage Fees
We operate a credit-based system to ensure fair usage and scalable event management.
3.1 Standard Credit Pricing
- The standard cost per credit is £1, meaning one credit is required per attendee.
- All organisers receive 200 free credits upon sign-up.
3.2 Credit Packages & Bonus Credits
- Organisers can purchase credit packages, some of which include free bonus credits.
- Paid credits are fully refundable, but bonus credits received as part of a promotional package are non-refundable.
- When using credits for attendees, our system will deduct paid credits first before using bonus credits.
3.3 Running Out of Credits & Auto-Blocking Attendees
To protect organisers from unexpected charges and ensure clarity in event budgeting, our system is set up as follows:
- Accounts are locked by default, meaning that once an organiser runs out of credits, they will not be able to add more attendees until they purchase additional credits.
- Organisers can toggle off the limit block if they prefer to allow attendees to be added even when credits run out.
- If the block is disabled and the organiser runs out of credits, we will backcharge £1 per attendee at the end of the month for any excess attendees.
- Organisers will receive low-credit warnings before running out of credits, allowing them to top up in advance.
This system ensures that organisers only pay for the attendees they plan for unless they actively opt for pay-as-you-go flexibility.
4. Monthly Costs & Operational Fees
Presso Network’s pricing model ensures sustainable operations by covering:
- Cloud Hosting & Servers (ensuring reliability and security).
- Email & Notification Services (attendee confirmations, updates).
- Software Updates & Maintenance (continuous improvements and security patches).
- Data & Analytics (insights into attendee behaviour).
- Customer Support & Security (ensuring safe transactions and issue resolution).
Subscription costs vary based on the plan chosen:
- Shared Plan: £7/month + £19 setup fee.
- Dedicated Plan: £169/month + £1,999 setup fee.
- Customised Plan: £338/month + £3,999 setup fee.
5. Event Cancellations & Refund Policy
We strive to be fair and reasonable, but due to service costs incurred, refunds are only available under specific circumstances.
5.1 Standard Refunds
- Ticket sales revenue is not refundable unless legally required.
- Purchased credits are refundable, but bonus credits from promotional deals are not.
5.2 Event Cancellations
- If an event is canceled before it starts, we may convert ticket sales into credits instead of issuing refunds.
- If an event is canceled after it has started, no refunds or credits will be provided.
5.3 Non-Refundable Service Costs
Presso Network incurs non-refundable costs for:
- Payment processing fees (Stripe).
- Platform hosting & technical infrastructure.
- Software updates and security.
- Transaction-related costs.
These costs cannot be recovered, meaning that organisers canceling an event will not receive a refund for these expenses.
6. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee (Dedicated & Customised Plans Only)
We want all organisers to feel confident using our platform. That’s why we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee for our Dedicated and Customised solutions.
6.1 Guarantee Details
- The setup fee and first-month subscription fee for the Dedicated (£1,999) and Customised (£3,999) plans are fully refundable within 30 days or until your first event is hosted—whichever comes first.
- If you are not happy with the platform, you may request a full refund by contacting our support team before the deadline.
- After 30 days or after your first event has been held, no refunds will be issued as our services will have been used and custom work may have been completed.
6.2 Refund Process
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing via support@pressonetwork.com.
- We will review your case and process approved refunds within 10 business days.
- Any bonus credits received as part of your package will be removed upon refund.
This risk-free policy ensures that organisers can test our platform without financial risk while also protecting Presso Network from refund abuse after services have been rendered.
7. Payout Timelines & Financial Responsibilities
- Stripe handles all ticket sales payments, meaning payout times depend on their policies.
- Organisers must keep their Stripe account details accurate to avoid payout delays.
- Presso Network is not responsible for payout issues caused by incorrect bank details or Stripe processing delays.
8. No Guarantee of Financial Success
By using Presso Network, you acknowledge that:
- We do not guarantee ticket sales, revenue, or profit.
- Your financial results depend on external factors, including event demand, pricing, and marketing strategies.
- We are not liable for losses due to low sales, cancellations, or market conditions.

We may update this Earnings Disclaimer at any time to reflect pricing or policy changes. Updates will be communicated via our website or email notifications.
