These Community Guidelines set the standard for how we expect users to interact on Presso Network’s platform, including event pages, networking features, messaging tools, and any other communication channels provided by our services.

By using Presso Network, you agree to follow these guidelines. Violations may result in warnings, content removal, account suspension, or termination.


1. Respect & Professionalism

We expect all users to communicate professionally, respectfully, and constructively.

  • Treat other users with courtesy, even in disagreements.
  • Engage in discussions with professionalism, especially in networking and chat areas.
  • Do not use hate speech, slurs, discrimination, threats, or harassment.

2. No Harassment, Bullying, or Abuse

Presso Network is a safe space for professional networking.

  • Engage in respectful and meaningful discussions.
  • Report any inappropriate behavior using our reporting tools.
  • Do not send unsolicited, inappropriate, or excessive messages.
  • Do not intimidate, harass, stalk, or bully other users.

3. No Spam, Self-Promotion, or Misuse of Messaging

Our platform is for genuine professional interactions, not for excessive self-promotion or spam.

  • Share relevant and valuable content with your audience.
  • Use event pages, networking tools, and messages for meaningful engagement.
  • Do not spam users with mass promotional messages, cold outreach, or irrelevant content.
  • Do not misuse event listings, ticket sales, or Presso Network’s tools for deceptive marketing.

4. Event & Content Integrity

All event listings, descriptions, and content must be accurate, transparent, and truthful.

  • Provide clear and honest event details, including pricing, speakers, and agendas.
  • Ensure images, descriptions, and videos accurately represent your event.
  • Do not mislead users with false claims, fake events, or deceptive practices.
  • Do not use copyrighted material without permission.

5. Ticketing & Payment Compliance

All transactions on Presso Network must be conducted ethically and legally.

  • Follow all applicable laws regarding ticket sales and event hosting.
  • Use Stripe Connect for payment processing as required by Presso Network.
  • Do not attempt to bypass or manipulate ticketing fees, payments, or refunds.
  • Do not fraudulently list events or sell invalid tickets.

6. Data Privacy & Security

We take privacy seriously. All users must follow data protection regulations and respect others' privacy.

  • Only collect attendee data necessary for event operations.
  • Securely store and manage any attendee data you collect.
  • Do not share, sell, or misuse user or attendee data.
  • Do not engage in phishing, hacking, or any malicious activity.

7. No Illegal, Harmful, or Prohibited Content

Presso Network does not allow illegal, inappropriate, or unsafe content or activities.

  • Ensure your event and content comply with all relevant laws.
  • Report any suspicious or fraudulent activity.
  • Do not post, promote, or host events that involve:
    • Hate speech or discrimination
    • Violence, self-harm, or illegal substances
    • Adult, obscene, or sexually explicit content
    • Gambling, weapons, or prohibited financial schemes
  • Do not use our platform for money laundering, fraud, or deceptive financial activities.

8. Reporting Violations

We rely on our community to help keep Presso Network safe and professional.

  • Report any violations of these guidelines through our support@pressonetwork.com email or built-in reporting tools.
  • If you believe an event is fraudulent or violates our policies, contact us immediately.
  • Do not falsely report users or events to harm competition or gain an unfair advantage.

9. Consequences of Violating These Guidelines

Failure to follow these guidelines may result in:

  • Warnings and reminders to comply.
  • Content removal.
  • Temporary suspension of your account.
  • Permanent account termination for serious or repeated violations.

Presso Network reserves the right to investigate violations and take appropriate action, including legal action if necessary.
